Lester & Bingley have acted on behalf of haulage client Swing Driver in acquiring a hard standing yard from landlord Car Giant in Ruislip, West London as part of clients expansion into the area due to its excellent transport links.
The team at Lester & Bingley were tasked with the job of acquiring the ideal site for Swing Driver on the outskirts of London due to the demand from their clients in the film industry. This requirement was short lived and following a swift negotiation process with the landowners Car Giant the deal was finalised and signed within months of initial discussions taking place.
